Your role

The Guild Dallas is looking for a passionate team member whose main goal is to create unparalleled experiences that surprise and delight our guests at our Dallas properties. Reporting to our Dallas Operations Manager, our ideal candidate is someone who strives to go the extra mile and take creative and personalized approaches to the guest experience.

What you'll do

  • Ensure guests have award-winning experiences by making customized recommendations to meet their interests and accommodating special requests when possible.

  • Contribute to a seamless stay by serving as the main customer contact during their visit and collaborating across The Guild team to solve problems.

  • Establish The Guild as a premier boutique hotel by serving as a brand ambassador who provides the highest level of hospitality and lives the platinum rule.

  • Responsible for inspecting rooms prior to all guest arrivals to ensure Guild room standards are met.

  • Provides a Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell to all guests.

  • Provides information regarding the local area, including directions, attractions, shopping, nightlife, or recreational opportunities to guests.

  • Overseeing package and mail deliveries to guests.

  • Maintains pride in the property’s maintenance and appearance needs, by ensuring lobby and public areas are neat and orderly.

  • Tech Savvy - Able to work in multiple systems to create a seamless virtual arrival experience for our guests. 

  • Local expert - You stay current on Dallas events, establish relations with area businesses, and use your knowledge of the local area to suggest activities and attractions our guests would enjoy.

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role
