Operations Manager - 212 Melba

Your role

Your role will be to supervise an operation that tailors the guest experience from beginning to end to make sure our guest stays are everything they imagined and more. We're looking for well-rounded folks who can create amazing arrival experiences, handle guests requests, and be the friendly face of The Guild!

What you'll do

  • Ensure guests have award-winning experiences by making customized recommendations to meet their interests and accommodating special requests when possible.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors and coworkers.
  • Consistently maintain product knowledge of community and competitors through consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends. Ensure leasing staff develops similar knowledge.
  • Direct efforts to implement sales and marketing plans to effectively maximize rental income and increase/maintain occupancy goals.
  • Effectively show, lease and move in prospective residents
  • Contributes to achieving the financial goals of the community through assisting in the development, preparation and administration of the capital and operating budgets for the community.

  • Bilingual is a plus
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role
